Starting his career as the heroÂs friend in the film ÂBoysÂ, Bharath garnered good feedback, for the immense dancing potential he exhibited. He then acted as one of the four heroÂs in the Malayalam film Â4 Students subsequent to which ÂChellame brought him into the limelight in which he enacted a negative role. Now the youngster has come to stay for good after his stupendous performance as the solo hero in ÂKadhalÂ. After being associated in successful ventures, expectations have risen high for the actorÂs current film ÂFebruary 14.Â
His foray into films was due to his excellent dancing skills. ShankarÂs assistants had visited a cultural show in which BharathÂs dance performance took place. Impressed by his talent, they videographed his part and played it to Shankar who immediately signed him. Shankar must have made note of the boyÂs exuberance in addition to his acting capacity in ÂBoys and kept track of his films career graph. Amazed by BharathÂs performance, he promptly signed him for his upcoming home production. Comprehending the outcome of such a partnership with Shankar, Bharath had been excited about the offer and went to great lengths to master the role of a bike mechanic in the movie.
Without any embarrassment and not repulsive to greasy looks, he had his face painted black throughout the film and also sun bathed in order for a darker tan. Before the shooting commenced he visited Madurai to meet his friends there and mastered the local dialect. He also gave a very realistic performance as per the mood of the film. For the last scenes where he becomes a mentally unstable person, he observed really insane people and noted their behaviour; he worked hard to perfect their mannerisms, actions and walk.
Not conscious of his co stars, Bharath is able to give a strong performance while acting alongside Gopika, Reema Sen and new face Sandhya. Tamil cinema has got a realistic looking cherubic actor whose potential level is very high. His 'No Attitude', boy next door looks and of course immense dancing skills will help him get plum roles while characters that are realistic with not much heroism will be a cakewalk for the actor.
